Changes

I created this site as a means of allowing residents in Knebworth to share their views about the emerging North Herts Local Plan Covid-19 outbreak efficiently. It occurred to me that it might easily be adapted to have a wider function. Currently, the site is Local Plan focussed, but anyone can create an account and create content here. If you are familiar with Wikipedia you should have no difficulties doing this, as it runs on the same MediaWiki software. Just click the little head and shoulders icon, currently in the top right corner, to access the account creation menu.
